This workshop will help you to explore further your understanding of what success means to you, how this will look and what it will feel like so that you understand your goals from a place to be clearer with what you are and not prepared to do to have the success you really want. Once we have explored what your destination is we can look at what you are doing to get there.
Perhaps there is more you can be doing to give yourself that better chance of success, maybe it's about how you manage your time, how you place your attention, how you communicate to others and what you would like from them to be part of your journey. This workshop is ideal for any creative person who has ambition and drive to be their very best and succeed.
This is the second workshop of a series of four, led by Your Green Room; a collective of lifestyle specialists who are determined to change the current business culture within the creative industries in the UK, to benefit creativity and your personal happiness and success.
Your Green Room will be partnering with Mind and MQ this year, to encourage better mental health and a healthier working culture in the arts.
This talk will be led by Clare Scivier, who said “working for so many years with writers, producers and artists you soon become aware of recurring hurdles and issues they face. We have devised simple and effective exercises and applied techniques from modeling the most productive and successful writers. By identifying ways that work for them - stimulating and raising awareness of all sensory systems – we can increase performance and output in others who might be temporarily struggling. Replicating initial success is possible by raising awareness and enriching the relationship with mind and body during times of most creative thoughts and patterns of belief”.
